How often do courses run?
Weekly and on demand to suit clients.
Courses run after hours and weekends to suit clients needs.
How do I book a course?
You can book either by the website (Book Now tab) or by contacting our office on 0414 758 401.
What is the cost of the training?
As advertised on the website (Course tab) or you can inquire via our office by either phoning 0414 754 401 or visiting us at 13 Horwood Street, Whyalla.
How can payments be made?
Cash , Eftpos, Credit Card or in the office. Payment must be made prior to training.
What do I need to know before my training?
Pre-study requirements to be done prior to course, books to pick up prior to training. 
You must have a USI number. 
How do I get a unique student identifer (USI) number? 
To create a new USI number you will need to follow the prompts on the website: https://www.usi.gov.au/students/create-usi
If you are not sure if you have created a USI or if you have forgotten your USI number, you can follow the prompts at: https://www.usi.gov.au/faqs/i-have-forgotten-my-usi
I have lost/damaged my ticket. Can I get it replaced?
Yes,  StaySafe Training can organise a replacement at a fee of $50


Statement of Attainments will be issued by StaySafe Training RTO 45400
